So, today I started getting ready for the move next door. Actually, I just pulled my posters off the wall and decided that was enough for today.... but it's a start. I had an exciting moment at work today.... well it was exciting for me. I was delivering pizza at the Embassy Suites downtown and I was riding the elevator with this Japanese couple and I was trying really hard to see if I could understand anything they were saying. Then, right as they were getting off the elevator I was sure that the man said "shichi-ji han desu". I was like... HEY, I think he just said it's 7:30. I checked the time on my cell phone and sure enough, it was 7:30 so I was happy. I saw Rikki last night at Paisano's and I was happy because I hadn't seen her all summer and we were going to hang out sometime, but we never did. So we renewed our plans to hang out sometime before school starts. I can't believe how close the start of school is. This summer FLEW by. I think this has probably been one of the best summers of my life. Definitely the best in recent memory. I don't think I'm ready for it to be over, I'm going to be super busy when school starts... I'm going to be working in the library on Saturdays when school starts, SO, I'll be balancing 3 jobs, Japanese, an art history class, and 4 studio classes.
